Descriptive model and general framework of machining workshop digital manufacturing
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the characteristics and machining workshop, a descriptive model manufacturing is proposed and discussed needs of manufacturing process of multi-varie of multi-variety and small-batch machining and small-batch workshop digital , which includes one basic meaning, seven-dimensions target system,five operating mainlines and eight characteristics. Then a five-level general framework of multivariety and small-batch machining workshop digital manufacturing is established based on the model. It provides a reference for the research, development, implementation and application of the digital manufacturing system for multi-variety and small-batch machining workshop. The above model and framework have been applied practically in a typical multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing enterprise and good effects have been obtained.关键词
