Application of Siemens System Reforming on NC Grinder
摘要
Abstract
Considering the construction features of M2060 forming grinder, the overall reform plan and hardware structure were put forward to set up the hardware platform. Siemens 840D system parameter setting and the method of drive configuration were introduced. Considering the character of forming grinder process, the method using NC senior instructions to program and solving problem with automatic correction of coordinates zero was expounded, and working principle and application of Siemens S7-300 PLC were analyzed. It operated reliably and achieved the goal of reform after reform. It made great economic benefits.关键词
