摘要

Abstract

The theoretical basis of topology optimization design method is simply presented. The ener- gy absorbing bracket equivalent model and theoretical calculation are put forward. The topology optimization of the energy absorbing bracket is carried out by Optistruct. A reasonable absorption crosssection shape of the energy absorbing bracket is designed. The problem of bracket outward bending offset in the collision force is solved. Then, the rationality of the structural design by low-speed crash tests is proved.
