Abstract
With the rapid economic development, workers make a major contribution to the GDP and at the same time have a rising demands of a fair share of the fruits of social development. In order to let workers have a fair share of the fruits of development, it is imperative to establish the mechanisms of normal growth of wages of laborers. In a word, salary should change in terms of the advancement of economy and other factors in a corresponding, reasonable, continue - growing institutional way.关键词
