新型缓蚀剂LAH的合成及其性能评价
The Synthesis and Performance Evaluation of a New Corrosion Inhibitors LAH
摘要
Abstract
The imidazoline corrosion inhibitors synthesized in this paper is hydroxy lauric imidazoline by the method of methanol reaction. Hydroxy lauric imidazoline is converted into Hydroxy lauric imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt with sodium chloroacetate to improve its compounds stability and water-soluble. The result of weight-loss experiment proved that inhibitor LAH has good performance in 5% NaCl CO2 saturated. The polarization curves prove that the inhibitor LAH is a mixed corrosion inhibitors, which primarily leads to the inhibition of the anodic process.关键词
