基于正交试验的立体交叉隧道施工影响因素研究
Study on the influence factors of crossing tunnel based on orthogonal experiment
摘要
Abstract
There are many factors which can influence the excavation of crossing railway tunnel. Six nonsupporting factors were selected by means of summarizing the existing research results, and 16 kinds of operating modes were designed by orthogonal experiment design, then the numerical calculation model was established to funther analyze the calculation results through range analysis. The results included crown settlement, spray axial force and lining stress in the cross range before and after excavate the existing tunnel. And the influence extent of different factors to the excavation of crossing tunnel was discussed. The results show that the main factors which influence the excavation of crossing tunnel are tunnel interval, rock conditions and cross angle. Through practical projects the research can be verified, and this results can be referred in practical designing and construction.关键词
