Abstract
Multi-pass suhmerged arc welding has wide range of applications.However.the setting and optimization of the welding process development are difficulty with a certain degree of complexity because of considers more welding parameters.In this paper, the basic principles of welding parameters setting and optimization of the underlying welding,filling welding and capping welding were given,and then the welding current,welding speed,welding voltage (heat input) as well as the number of welds were optimized,each stage of the welding parameter combination. With the optimized welding parameters given by this paper,a K-type joint work-piece was welded successfully.In addition,in the filling welding stage,the welding current could be optimized to be an incremental mode with this system.Under the incremental current mode,the welds were reduced and the production efficient was increased.关键词
