摘要

Abstract

The uneven icing on line and different stages of de-ice will make the line to jump, cause a short-circuit between phases. The new type phase to phase space stick used in the construction of anti-de-ice transformation can effectively suppress the jumping caused by de-ice. The article introduces a new construction technology of new type of phase to phase space stick used in transformation on the construction of anti-de-ice .The application of this new construction technology can effectively reduce the outage time spent on construction of the transformation and to the technical improvements of similar projects it had a certain reference value.
