Abstract
A super absorbent resin was synthesized using starch, kaolin and acrylic acid, (NH4)2S2O8 and NaHSO3, MBA. The influences of material ratio, reaction temperature and time on the water absorption of the resin was studied. The optimal conditions are as follows: m(AA) : m(starch) : m(kaolin) = 6 : 1 : 0. 3, neutralizing degree of monomer is 75%, m(initiator) : m(starch) = 0.015, n[NaHSO3] : n[(NH4)2S2O8] = 3, m<MBA) : m(AA) =0.001, 85 ℃. Under these conditions, the obtained product s water absorbency and salt solution absorbency are 607 and 65 g/g, respectively.关键词
