摘要

Abstract

The currently existing mode of sequence control function for substation is summarized.Considering the high-level integrated performance of smart substation network,modularization design is carried out with background monitor system of substation as a platform.Modeling for process status and operating configuration of sequence control is completed based on IEC 61850.In addition,status model and control model for standardization of sequence control function are designed.The information exchange mode among sequence supervision and control system,intelligent operation order generating system,block system and video supervision system are described mainly,it will be useful for modularization and standard construction of sequence control function of smart substation.
