摘要

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of endophytic bacterium from mangrove (C Ⅲ-l strain) on performance, nutrient apparent metabolic rates and serum biochemical indices in yellow-feathered broilers. A total of 240 one-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly assigned to 4 treatments with 4 replicates per treatment and 15 chicks per replicate (♂ 10, ♀ 5). Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet, and those in the other groups were fed the basal diets with 0. 05% , 0.15% and 0. 45% C Ⅲ-1 strain, respectively. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows; the supplementation of 0. 45% CⅢ-1 strain significantly increased average daily gain (ADG) , feed conversion ratio (FCR) , and the apparent metabolic rates of crude protein and crude fat (P <0. 05) , but there were no significant differences in glucose, albumin, globulin, total protein and triglyceride in serum of yellow-feathered broilers (P >0. 05). The supplementation of 0. 05% and 0. 15% CⅢ-1 strain did not significantly influence all of the above indices (P >0.05). The results indicate that the supplementation of 0.45% CⅢ-1 strain can increase ADG and FCR, and has no significant effect on serum biochemical indices of yellow-feather broilers.
