Abstract
Considering the application of the three-level neutral point clamped (NPC) inverter in high voltage and large power system, the symmetrical seven-stage SVPWM modulation was expatiated. The neutral-point voltage would be unbalanced under the SVPWM control, the reason of this problem and the ability to control the unbalance by controlling the redundant voltage small vectors were analyzed. The impact of the negative sequence current to neutral-point voltage oscillation was calculated. In order to solve this problem, a SVPWM method based on fuzzy logic had been put forward to control the neutral-point voltage. The correctness of the method has been validated by simulation.关键词
