Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effects of montelukast combined with flixotide on the pulmonary function of children with mild bronchial asthma. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with mild bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the flixotide therapy group (single therapy group, n = 60) and the montelukast combined with flixotide therapy group ( combination therapy group, n = 60). The changes of FVC, FEV1 , PEF, V75, V50, V25, MMKF were record. Results: There were significant differences in the level of FVC, FEV1, PEF, V75 before and after treatment in the single therapy group (P<0.01) ; significant differences were observed in the level of FVC, FEV1, PEF, V75, V50, MMEF before and after treatment in the combination therapy group (P<0.01). More obvious differences were observed in the level of FVC, FEV1, PEF of the combination therapy group before and after treatment. Conclusions: There are significant improvements on the pulmonary function of children with mild bronchial asthma through the montelukast combined with flixotide therapy.关键词
