喜炎平与炎琥宁佐治小儿急性支气管炎临床疗效评价
Clinical Curative Effect Evaluation of Xiyanping and Yanhuning Injection in the Adjuvant Treatment of Acute Bronchitis in Children

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate clinical effect of two andrographis paniculta lactone injection (Xiyanping and Yanhuning injection) in the adjuvant treatment of acute bronchitis in children. Methods: Three hundred and sixty cases were randomly divided into three groups: Xiyanping group (120 cases) , Yanhuning group (120 cases) , and the control group (120 cases). Clinical symptoms and signs of the three groups before treatment were the same. All the groups were given basic treatment; Xiyanping group were given Xiyanping injection 5 mg/ (kg · d) once a day, 5 to 7 days; Yanhuning group were given Yanhuning injection 10 mg/ (kg · d) once a day, 5 to 7 days. Clinical symptoms, signs and side effects of the three groups were observed and recorded. Results: The total effective rates of Xiyanping group, Yanhuning group and the control group were 92. 5% (111/120), 74. 2% (89/120) and 65. 8% (79/120), respectively. There was a remarkable difference between Xiyanping group and Yanhuning group (P<0.05). The adverse reactions were statistically significant between Xiyanping group and Yanhuning group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions: Xiyanping injection can rapidly alleviate the symptoms, and shorten the course of acute bronchitis. The clinical effect and safety of Xiyanping are better than those of Yanhuning.关键词
