Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of asarone injection (asarone) with mechanical vibration sputum elimination in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children . Methods: Eighty two cases were divided into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (42 cases) using a random number table method. In addition to conventional treatment, the control group were treated with asarone injection 0. 5 ~ 1 mg/kg, once a day for 3 days. The treatment group were treated with mechanical vibration sputum elimination machine, 5 ~ 10 min/time, 2 times/d for 3 days, in addition to the asarone injection and conventional treatment. Results: In the treatment group, the disappearance time of cough, breath shortness, and pulmonary rales, temperature recovery time, and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group. Conclusions: Asarone injection with mechanical vibration sputum elimination for brochopneumonia in children is a safe effective adjuvant therapy.关键词
