中西医结合治疗小儿迁延性腹泻97例临床观察
Clinical Observation of 97 Cases with Protracted Diarrhea Treated with Integrative Traditional Chinese Herb and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective: Study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese herb (TCH) combined with western medicine in treatment of protracted diarrhea diseases (PDD). Methods: One hundred and ninety four patients with PDD from Jun, 2010 to Jun, 2011 were randomly divided into two groups equally (97 cases). All the patients were treated with basic therapy. The patients in the control group were treated with Dictahedral Smectite Powder. Based on the treatment of the control group, the patients in the treatment group received TCH. The recovery time of clinical symptoms was compared. Results: The recovery time of diarrhea and body temperature of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.8% , while that of control group was 79. 4% , the differences were statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The combination of TCH and western medicine showed satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of PDD, which was belter than single western medicine treatment, and it was worthy of clinical use.关键词
