Abstract
Objective: To investigate the etiology, clinical characteristics in children with liver function abnormality and the curative effect of different abnormalities caused by infections. Methods: The retrospective study was done on 240 children with liver function abnormality in clinical manifestations, the cause of disease, liver function and curative effect who were diagnosed and treated at the Wuxi People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, from January 2010 to March 2012. Results; Infection was the moat common cause of liver function abnormality in children. Moderate abnormality of liver function was common and severe abnormality was rare ( P<0.05 ). Mild and moderate abnormality was more common in 1 ~ 6 month old children than in children one year or older (P<0. 05). The curative effect was good for liver function abnormality caused by infection. Conclusions; We should pay attention to routine liver function tests, discover and treat the liver function abnormality as early as possible.关键词
