热毒宁注射液不良反应46例报告分析

Abstract
Objective: To master the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) in children by using Redlining injection in pediatrics and to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods: In Children' s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, from 2010 to 2012, 46 cases of Reduning injection adverse reactions were collected and analysis. Results: Male children accounted for the majority of all 46 cases of ADRs (32 cases, 69. 6 % ). All cases were general ADRs. The new ADRs were 4 cases (8.7% ) ; and no serious cases of ADR happened. Clinical expressions were mainly drug rash allergic reactions; all were recovered by timely treatment. Conclusions: For reducing the ADRs and improving safe medication of Reduning injection for children patients, it is necessary to strictly control the intravenous infusion speed in the first 30 minutes, strengthen monitoring, avoid intravenous drip with high concentration and reduce injections combination of compatibility medicines.关键词
