竹焦油对植物病原细菌的抑制作用
Activities of bamboo tar against agricultural pathogens in vitro

Abstract
The antibacterial activities of bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens) tar to 8 varieties of phytopathogenic bacteria were studied, and its main antibacterial components were preliminarily analyzed. The results showed that the bamboo tar had different antibacterial activities on the tested bacteria, of which the activity on Pseudomonas syingae pv. Tomato was the highest with EC50 and EC90 being only 29 μg · mL-1 and 68 μg · mL-1 respectively. The main antibacterial components were collected in water-soluble oil, phenols and aromatic acid. By the method of extracting with hot water, the active antibacterial components could be seperated from bamboo tar conveniently.关键词
