摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of two-port laparoscopir appendectomy. Methods:The clinical data of 50 patients who underwent two-port laparoscopic appendectomy from Jun. 1995 to Dec. 2011 were analysed retrospectively. Results; All operations were conducted successfully,no death,incision infection,fat liquefaction,abdominal organs injuries,abdominal abscess or intestinal adhesion ocrurred,and all patients were discharged from hospital 2 to 5 days after operation. Conclusions:Two-port laparoscopic appendectomy is a safe and effective procedure which has lower rates of fat liquefaction,incision and pelvic infection compared with open and three-port laparoscopic appendectomy, It has the advantages of better cosmetic effect, easier manipulation, less trauma and pain,as well as less expenditure.关键词
