腹腔镜技术诊断结核性腹膜炎的应用价值
Value of diagnostic laparoscopy in tuberculous peritonitis

Abstract
Objective;To assess the safely and efficacy of diagnostic laparosropy in patients with tuberculous peritonitis. Methods :Thirty-six patients with suspected tuberculous peritonitis underwent laparosropy from Jan. 2006 to Jan. 2011. Clinical and laboratory' findings,biochemical and microbiological analysis of ascites,histopatholygical examination of specimens were analyzed to evaluate the safely and efficacy of diagnostic laparoscopy. Results:Thirty-lwo patients were diagnosed as tuberculous peritonitis through histopatho-logical examination and mycobacterium tuberculosis culture,of which 19 cases mainly displayed abdominal adhesion, while the rest 13 cases chiefly manifested ascites. The diagnostic rate of laparoscopy was 88. 9% . No complications occurred after operation. Patients were all cured by normative antituberculous treatment. Conclusions: Laparoscopy is a safe and effective method in diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis.关键词
