达芬奇机器人系统在直肠癌根治术中的应用(附70例报告)

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study was to discuss the safety and feasibility of robot-assisted resection of rectal cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients who underwent robot-assisted resection of rectal cancer from Jun. 2010 to Oct. 2011 was retrospectively analyzed. Results:All of the patients were operated successfully with no conversion, anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stenosis. The average operative time was (220. 2 ±50. 3) min. The mean time of system assembly was (10. 1 ±5.4) min. The mean in-traoperative blood loss was (55.8±20.2) ml. The mean postoperative gastro intestinal function recovery time was (2.6 ± 1.6) d. All specimens stump were found with non-cancer cell infiltration, number of harvested lymph node was (17. 1 ±4. 2). The average hospital stay after surgery was (4. 5 ± 2. 1) d. Postoperative complications occurred in 6 patients, including 1 case of fat liquefaction and 2 cases of infection of sacrococcygeal region incision, 1 case of urinary retention and 2 cases of intestinal obstruction. All complications took a favorable turn after conservative treatment. Until Oct. 2011 the life quality of all patients were good. Conclusions: Robot-assisted resection of rectal cancer is safe, feasible and effective.关键词
