摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feasibility and clinical outcome of laparoscopic cholecystectomy through the truansum-bilical approach. Methods: The clinical data of 46 cases who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC) between Jan. 2011 and May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into routine LC group and transumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy group (TULC).The clinical effects of the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results:There was no differencse in the operative time,blood loss,hospital stay and post-operative complication rate between the two surgical approaches. TULC has obvious advantages o-ver LC in postoperative pain relief, early recovery and cosmetology. Conclusions: TULC is a safe and maneuverable surgical procedure and has advantages of minimally invasion and better cosmetic effect. It will be a supplement for LC in the near future.关键词
