摘要
Abstract
Objective; To discuss the feasibility and safety of a simplified method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods: Forty-two patients accepted the simplified laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy. All the cystic arteries and appendicular arteries were coagulated with electric hook. The cystic duct was clipped with only one absorbable tyco bio-clip,and the appendix stump was ligated with Pu Dien coil device. Results;All the operations were completed successfully with no complications. The operation time was 40-70 min with an average of 55 min. The average length of hospitalization was 4 days. Conclusions; Simplifited laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy is a quick, safe and effective procedure, and the surgeon should have skilled laparoscopic skills and master the principles and indications of combined surgery strictly.关键词
