Abstract
Objective To analyze and compare the curative effects of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment for kidney stones.Methods In our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012,45 cases treated with PCNL surgery and 48 cases with MPCNL surgery were selected.The complications and stone clearance rate of assessment,observation of the indicators were all compared in both groups.Results In PCNL group,the staghorn calculi was removed by 49.0％,pure pelvis stone clearance cleared by 90.1％,calyceal calculus cleared by 62.3％.While in MPCNL group,staghorn calculi removed by 60.8％,pure pelvis stone by 61.1％ and 89.2％ of calyceal stones cleared.After comparing antlers-shaped stone clearance rate,pure pelvis stone clearance rate,and calyceal stones clearance rate in two groups,statistical significant difference was found (P＜0.05).Conclusion PCNL method is good for the treatment of large renal pelvis stones,the MPCNL method is suitable for the treatment of small renal pelvis and calyceal stones.关键词
