Abstract
Objective To determine the clinic value of platelet (PLT) and immature platelet fraction( IPF )parameters in cerebral infarction patients by observing the changes of PLT and IPF at acute stage and remission.Methods Immature platelet fraction was detected with blood cell analyzer (Sysmex XE-5000) in 100 healthy controls.IPF and PLT was detected in 80 cerebral infarction patients during acute stage (course in two days) and remission (course more than a week).Results ① Immature platelet fraction in cerebral infarction patients at acute stage (4.581 ± 1.927) was significantly higher ( t=9.652,P=0.000 ) than that in health controls (1.493 ± 0.845).②The platelet parameters in patients at acute stage ( 220.06 ± 60.15 ) was significantly lower ( t=-3.116,P=0.007 ) than that in patients at remission( 264.44 ± 82.57 ),while the immature platelet fraction in patients at acute stage ( 4.581 ± 1.927 ) was significantly higher ( t=2.641,P=0.019 ) than that in patients at remission ( 3.456 ± 1.683 ).③ The correlation between PLT and IPF was significantly negative ( r=-0.411,P=0.019 ) in cerebral infarction patients at acute stage and remission.Conclusions IPF in cerebral infarction patients was significantly higher than that in health controls.Changes of PLT and IPF were obvious at different stages in cerebral infarction patients.Dynamic monitoring to PLT and IPF is valuable in diagnosis,monitoring progress and pharmaceutic therapy for brain infarction.关键词
