CA153, CEA and CA125 joint detection significance in the diagnosis of breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CA153,CEA and CA125 detection of breast cancer patients.Methods 58 healthy women and 62 cases of breast cancer patients at the same period from May 2010 to December 2011 in our hospital were detected together with CA153,CEA and CA125 testing,using Beike Man the DXI-800 chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer to compare test results.Results CA153,CEA and CA125 average of the breast cancer patients were higher than those of the control patients,P＜0.05,the difference was statistically significant; patients with breast cancer,CA153,CEA and CA125 positive rate were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects,P＜0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Joint detection of CA153,CEA and CA125 in the diagnosis of breast cancer patients is worth in clinical applications.关键词
