摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention to influence capacity situation of patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods 102 patients with peritoneal dialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group of 51 cases.Intervention group was cared by the comprehensive nursing intervention,while control group was cared by the routine nursing care.Results Patients' weight in intervention group reduced less than that in control group.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum sodium concentration,total sodium excretion,fluid clearance volume in intervention group obviously decreased than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention can regulate the blood pressure of patients,stabilize water-salt metabolism,reduce the weight,ease the volume load,improve the symptoms effectively,thus improving the curative effect.关键词
