Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical application value of excellent nursing in obstetrics.Methods All the nurses of department were mobilized to change service concepts,and practice the excellent nursing mode of combination of speciality nursing with APN schedule,group responsibility system,working at bedside system and recording at bedside system.Results In the situations of early admission,the ward environment,the service attitude of nurses,the nurses' operating skills,the health education to parturients,the patients' cognition to the nurse in charge and patients' satisfaction degree to the ward regular visitation,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference had the statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions The implementation of demonstration project of excellent nursing can make the parturients enjoy the personalized,systemic and standardized excellent nursing,so that the parturients' satisfaction degree was significantly improved,and the nurses' service were more active,it can ensure all the excellent nursing measures to be implemented,and can achieve the satisfying effect of patients,society,and the government.关键词
