Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of omeprazole-based triple therapy for helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer.Methods 60 patients with helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group and study group,30 for each group.The study group received omeprazole,amoxicillin,and clarithromycin; while the control group received famotidine,amoxicillin,and clarithromycin.Tthe clinical efficacy was observed in the two groups.Results 16 patients were cured,8 improved,4 were fair,and 2 did not respond to the therapy in the study group four weeks after treatment,with an effectiveness rate of 93.33％,whereas 12 were cured,7 improved,6 were fair,and 5 did not repond in the control group,with a rate of 80％.There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Omeprazole-based triple therapy is efficacious in the treatment of helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer and is worth popularizing clinically.关键词
