护理干预对重度颅脑损伤患者气管切开并发症的影响效果观察
Effect of nursing intervention for tracheotomy-associated complications in patients with severe brain injury

Abstract
Objective To observe of the effect of nursing intervention for tracheotomy-associated complications in patients with severe brain injury.Methods 98 patients ( 59 males and 39 females ) with severe brain injury who had received tracheotomy in our hospital during November 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,49 for each group.The study group received strict nursing intervention on the basis of routine treatment; while the control group received routine treanment along with necessary nursing.Length of hospital stay,rates of pulmonary infections,respiratory tract injury,subcutaneous emphysema,and death,and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate was 77.6％ ( 38/49 ) in the study group and 46.9％ ( 23/49 ) in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).The study group was superior to the control group in length of hospital stay and rates of pulmonary infections,respiratory tract injury,subcutaneous emphysema,and death ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Nursing intervention is of great helpful in the treatment of tracheotomy-associated complications in patients with severe brain injury.It is worth popularizing.关键词
