循证护理在老年下肢骨折患者预防压疮的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectof evidence-based nursing in prevention of pressure sores in elderly patient with lower limb fractures.Methods 102 patients with lower limb fractures were assessed comprehensively.The care plans were make and enacted based on the relevant steps of evidencebased nursing.Results All the patients did not developed pressure sores after receiving evidence-based nursing.Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can effectively prevent the incidence of pressure sores,enhance quailty of nursing,and meet the needs for care in patients.关键词
