胃癌病理分型与预后相关性分析
Correlation analysis on gastric cancer pathological typing and prognosis

Abstract
Objective To study the relevance between different pathological types of gastric cancer and clinical prognosis.Methods We randomly selected clinical data of 240 gastric cancer patients treated in our hospital,compared to different types of gastric cancer with lymphatic metastasis and survival rate in 5 years.Results The low differentiation adenocarcinoma patients had the highest proportion (46.67％) in all patients.There were statistical significant differences in lymphatic metastasis between papillary adenocarcinoma(14.3％) and signet ring cell carcinoma,poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucinous carcinoma(P ＜ 0.05).Signet ring cell carcinoma,mucinous carcinoma and papillary adenocarcinoma,tubular adenocarcinoma,poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma had statistical significant difference in 5 year survival rate(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Lymph node metastasis rate of papillary adenocarcinoma is higher,5-year-survival rate of signet ring cell carcinoma is lower.关键词
