摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Mucosolvan on children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods 84 cases of bronchial pneumonia from March 2009 to October 2010 were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group received regular treatment,based on regular treatment,observation group also received Mucosolvan,both groups were treated by conventional treatment.Results In relieving cough,wheeze and promote absorption to shorten the duration of sputum,observation group was obviously more superior than those of the control group (P＜ 0.05),Total effective rate in observation group was 95.2％,total effective rate in control group was 71.4％, which showed significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Mucosolvan is effective in treatment for children with bronchial pneumonia.关键词
