Determination of Icariin Microemulsion by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of icariin microemulsion.Methods The HPLC was used with ASM-Kromasil-C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μ m), mobile phase acetonitrile-water 30∶ 70, flow rate:1.0 ml · min-1,detection wavelength at 270 nm.Results Icariin had good linear relationship in the range of 0.55 ～ 1.45μ g,r=0.9996,the average of recovery was 99.12％,RSD=0.32％.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be used to control the quality of icariin microemulsion.关键词
