Nursing observation on postoperative complications in patients with pituitary adenoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the postoperative complications and nursing observation to pituitary adenoma after operation.Methods 38 cases of pituitary adenoma removed by different surgical approaches were studied retrospectively,the postoperative comphcations were observed and analyzed,then we studied some countermeasures.Results In 38 cases, there were 8 cases with complication, 1 case with disturbance of consciousness,cerebrospinal fluid leakage in 1 case,diabetes insipidus in 3 cases,electrolyte disorder in 2 cases,dyspnea in 1 case,after reasonable treatment and intensive care,all the condition were improved.Conclusions It is the key for the postoperative patients with pituitary adenoma to have early recovery to strengthen observe postoperative observation and nursing care, to detect complications in time and take effective measures to improve the quality of life of patients with pituitary adenoma resection.关键词
