低温胁迫对砧木及酿酒葡萄枝条抗寒性的影响
Effects of low temperature stress on the cold resistance of rootstock and branch of wine grapes

Abstract
【Objective】To study the cold resistance of rootstock and branch of wine grapes,【Method】the rootstock and canes of 6 wine grape cultivars in Gansu Zixuan wine vineyard were used as experimental materials.Electrical conductivity,soluble sugar,MDA and the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were investigated on different low temperature condition.【Result】The results indicated that the relative conductivity of the six varieties significantly increased with the lowering of the temperature,but the increasing value was different.The activity of the POD decreased as the temperature dropped down,while SOD and CAT increased first and then declined.Meanwhile MDA in all varieties had the increase trend.The physiological indexes with close relation to the cold resistance of the six varieties were the soluble sugar and the electrical conductivity.By the comprehensive evaluation with subordinate function,the order of varieties regarding the tolerance to the cold is 'Beta''Shuangyou'+'Beta' 'Shuanghong' + 'Beta''Vidal''Carbernet' 'Sauvignon''Merlot'.【Conclusion】The results would provide a theoretical guidance to some extent for the introduction of wine grapes and their cultivation and management.关键词
