摘要

Abstract

【Objective】 The study is to clarify the resistance of citrus rootstock germplasm to citrus red mite,Panonychus citri,and to provide resistance resources for genetic improvement of citrus.【Method】The development,survival,reproduction and population parameters of P.citri on detached leaves of 16 citrus germplasm types were studied in vitro.【Result】The results showed that there were significant differences in developmental duration,survival rate and population parameters of P.citri among different citrus germplasm.The Net reproductive rate(R0) of P.citri on detached leaves of 'Zhu Sha Gan'(Citrus reticulata Blanco),'Wild Jin Dou No.1'(Fortunella hindssi Swingle),'Wang Zhang Jin Dou'(Fortunella hindssi Swingle) and 'Buddha's hand'(Citrus medica var.sarcodactylist(Noot.) Swingle) were 0,2.216 7,2.273 6,4.888 3 respectively.While the R0 values were much higher on I chang Papeda No.1(Citrusichangensis Swingle),'Yuan Ju No.2'(Citrus mangshanensis S.W.He) and 'Abnormal citrumelo'(Poncirus trifoliata Raf.X spp.),which were 31.666 7,32.958 3,41.956 7 and 53.494 7,respectively.【Conclusion】The results suggested that 'Zhu Sha Gan' was absolutely resistant,and 'Wang Zhang Jin Dou' and 'Wild Jin Dou No.1' were highly resistant to P.citri,while citrumelo variant and 'Yuan Ju No.2' were relatively susceptible to P.citri.
