Advance of proteomics in the research of fruit tree reproduction
摘要
Abstract
Proteomics was born with the need of post-genomics development and developed rapidly.Proteome analysis of fruit trees in reproduction and development periods is a research hotspot in recent years,which is valuable in deciphering molecular mechanisms of fruit tree development.This article revolves around proteomics application in reproductive and developmental studies of fruit trees i.e.flower growth,fruit development,embryo,somatic embryogenesis.The shortcomings of proteomics technique in the research of fruit trees are also discussed.Diversification of technologies,analysis levels,and close combination with other subjects would be the leading trends in these researches.关键词
