摘要

Abstract

Supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying has unique advantages of high temperatue and velocity. The ceramic coatings prepared by supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying have high bonding strength, good densification, low porosity, excellent properties of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation and thermal shock resistance. Some developed countries have focused on the researches of the technique. In this paper, ceramic coatings were introduced. The technology and process characteristics of supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying were reviewed. The development trend of supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying in the fabricating advanced ceramic coatings was pointed out.
