摘要

Abstract

The mixture ratio of lightweight energy-saving unburned brick with large mixed fly ash was studied that fly ash as raw materials, adding the partial ceramisite agitator, expanded perlite, sand, rock powder to make the aggregate, and being mixed with few calcareous materials and the micro excitant. We have controlled the product quality by selecting raw materials and mixture ratio, setting technique of production. Its apparent density in 1700-1900 kg/m3 , strength grade of not less than MU10, and other qualification have reached JC 2392-2001. Finally we have discussed its enhancement mechanism simply.
