摘要

Abstract

The method of testing temperature rise in heating effect of a solid-solid reaction in C2S was discussed, which displayed that the step-rise heating method was suit for determining the temperature rise caused by a self-heating generating reaction in a solid-phase reaction of materials similar to C2S with big heat-absorption and little heat-release. The temperature during the formation of C2S was directly measured, a phenomenon of different temperature rise was abtained when specimens with different dimensions were kept at 1250 ℃ ,the bigger dimension of specimen,the higher the temperature rising. The temperature rise of the sample with diameter of 16 mm was up to 92 ℃ ,at the same time,the rate of solid-phase reaction in C2S improved 1.6 times,and conversion rate improved 1.4 times.
