管翅式换热器铝箔表面除湿涂层研究
Desiccant Coating on Aluminum Foil Surface of Finned Tube Heat Exchanger

Abstract
A desiccant coating of finned tube heat exchanger was obtained via electrostatic spraying the mixture of silica gel power and power coating on the aluminum foil surface and thermocuring,then impregnating it into LiCl or CaCl2 saturated solution.The modified desiccant coating was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(SEM– EDS),porous medium analysis and thermogravimetry,respectively.The results showed that the desiccant coating could evenly scatter on aluminum foil surface,the composition and content of the desiccant coating.The pore structure analysis indicated that the average pore diameter of the desiccant coating slightly increased by impregnation,while its pore volume and specific surface area were slightly decreased.The thermal mass loss of the desiccant coating mainly concentrated in the lower temperature range of 30–200 ℃ and the higher temperature range of 300–600 ℃.The former mass loss was correlated to silica gel desorption and the latter corresponded to the decomposition of epoxy-polyester coating.According to the result of the static and dynamic adsorption tests,the adsorption performance of modified desiccant coating was higher than that of non-modified desiccant coating.关键词
