微–介孔结构Y/MCM-48复合分子筛的合成与稳定性
Synthesis and Stability of Composite Molecular Sieve with Micro-Mesoporous Strcture

Abstract
A composite molecular sieve of Y/MCM-48 was hydrothermally synthesized at different crystallization temperatures and crystallization time using ethyl orthosilicate as Si source and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as a template agent with fluoride.The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy,N2 physical adsorption technique,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,respectively.The result shows the presence of mesoporous MCM-48 and microscope NaY in the composite obtained at 120 ℃ for 36h.The Y/MCM-48 composite has a specific surface area of 864 m2/g and the average pore size of 2.4 nm.The bi-porous structure in the composite molecular sieve still maintain even after thermal treatment at 800 ℃ for 4h or hydrothermally treatment at 100 ℃ for 48h.关键词
