摘要

Abstract

The Sr2-xZnMoO6:xEu3+ red phosphors were synthesized via the high temperature solid state reactions, which are suitable for nearly ultraviolet and blue light chips excited. The effect of the doping quantity of Eu3+ activator on the luminescence properties was investigated. The X-ray diffraction patterns indicated that the sample is a pure phase of Sr2ZnMoO6:Eu3+. The excitation spec- trum consists of a series of peaks and a charge transfer band. And the main excitation peaks are located at 395um and 465 urn, origi- nated of the 7F0→SL6 and 7F0→SD2 transition of Eu3+ions, respectively. The main emission is located at 597 nm and 624 um under the excitation of 395 um and 466 urn, respectively, corresponding to 5Do→TF1 and 5Do→7F2 transition. The luminescent intensity firstly increased and then decreased with increasing Eu3+ content(x). The luminescent intensity has the superior value at Eu3+ content x of 0.20. The effect of charge compensator of CI-, Li+, Na+ and K+ ions on the luminescence properties were investigated. The results indicate the charge compensator of Li+ can give the optimum effect.
