摘要

Abstract

In order to rationally allocate EPON up-stream access bandwidth, a fixed period alternation enquiry dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm is put forward, which can differentiate service grade. The algorithm divides ONU operation into 3 grades, and according to different operation grade, the algorithm dynamically allocate up-stream access bandwidth, which can effectively ensure the QoS of the whole EPON network and the equitableness of bandwidth allocation. At the same time, in order to improve the bandwidth utilization ratio, conquer the idle time problem, and the algorithm is ameliorated. Finally, the algorithm is simulated.
