摘要
Abstract
This article introduces a low cost fiber communication solution implemented by FPGA with serial-
izers and deserializers. The interface card is controlled by a DSP chip, synchronizes the asynchronous signals
between FPGA and DSP. The correctness of the design is proved by tests, and the maximum speed can reach
