摘要
Abstract
Recently , diabetes has been one of the most severe diseases which is threatening to human health. Though hyperglycemia can be effectively reversed by injection of insulin or transplan -tation of islet, these methods have been greatly restricted by several reasons . A body of literatures have demonstrated that MSC can be differentiated into insulin -producing cells in vitro by chemical and biological substance or gene transfection , and the hyperglycemia model of mice with diabetes can be reversed through transplatation. A review on how the insulin-producing cells be induced from different origins of mesenchymal stem cells and the research progress of induction and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of type 1 diabetes has been described in this paper.关键词
