摘要

Abstract

According to characteristics of modern algebra and the actual learning situation of students in institutions of higher learning, the new mode for problem-based teaching of mod- ern algebra is applied. The new mode includes several steps such as inspiring students to observe and search for problem, stimulating them to ask question,organizing the discussion, summarizing the problem solving process, and establishing question case database. With the help of new mode, the self-learning, exploratory,expressive and problem-solving ability of students are enhanced, which meets the expected teaching objective of modern algebra course.
