厌氧消化池产甲烷菌的筛选及特性研究
Research on Screening and Properties of Methanogen from Anaerobic Digester
摘要
Abstract
Two strains of Methanogen were isolated from anaerobic digester by anaerobic culture, and identified by the specific fluoroscopy. They were marked as strain A and strain B. A gas collector was designed to collect the methane which was produced by strain A or B. The results showed that strain A and B both could produce gas after about 20 days cultivation with methanol liquid medium, and the gas production of B strain was more than A strain' s.关键词
